• Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and UK public holidays).
• Orders placed before our daily cut-off time may be dispatched on the same business day, subject to stock availability.
• Orders received after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
• During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

• Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days
• Express Delivery: 1–2 working days (where available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order value, weight, and delivery location. Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available), allowing you to monitor your delivery.

Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate when placing your order.

If a delivery cannot be completed due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete address details
• Failure to accept delivery
• Failure to collect the parcel from the courier

additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your parcel arrives damaged, or any items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may request photographs of the packaging and products to assist with our investigation.

Delayed Deliveries

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, severe weather, industrial action, or other unforeseen events.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated accordingly.
